Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the combatants confronted each other to build hype for next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two time world title holder Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to break his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically famous for his showmanship - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted British opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," the boxer stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua refused to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's greatest financial successes, regularly earning substantial paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in round four or five and asserted he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
